After being a customer for over a year, I will not be returning to Fantastic Sam's in Sparta. I cannot recommend this place because of their poor management. I made an appointment on Monday for Wednesday afternoon. I received a confirmation call from them on Tuesday for my Wednesday appointment where I confirmed that I would be there as planned. On Wednesday I arrived 5 minutes early and checked in with the receptionist giving her my name , time of appointment and stylist's name. She said OK please have a seat. 25 minutes later (20 minutes after my scheduled time) I was called up to the reception desk only to be told that they double booked my time slot and that I'd have to wait an additional hour if I wanted a haircut that day. I asked why no one called me earlier in the day or at the very least mentioned this fact when I arrived and checked in but got no answers.....they just stood there like it was my fault which made me embarrassed in front of their whole shop that I was not a valued client (although I was there every three weeks like clock-work for over a year). I asked how they could do this with their sophisticated computer tracking system.......again no answers.
So happy with my experience - Jen saved my hair!! I'm a new customer for life
LOVE my new color -- I'm always getting compliments. They're using a new color line and its fabulous. Ask them to add Olaplex to the color to help reduce breakage and make your hair stronger. Two thumbs up!!
Amazing service and this is the place I love to go. Great price and very fast service. A very friendly environment and the owner is amazing. I love the all around experience. I got a horrible haircut at a judes and this fantastic sams is amazing.
