Excited to work out again! After a year hiatus My motivation is back! I have to give some credit to the great staff here at Sparta Family Fitness. Jeff the manager truly helps bring the motivation out of its members. He along with other staff members(John and Eric)are very knowledgeable on the equipment and helpful when it comes to planning a workout routine. I couldn't be happier with the way this gym is running these days. I look forward to going again.
The personal trainers are also great and I find myself really looking forward to my training days. They take the time to clearly explain and show me how to do the specific exercises and also provide the benefits and reasons for why. They also provide tons of encouragement and have you leaving for the day feeling accomplished vs. beat down.
I LOVE this gym with all my heart. I've been a member and employed here for over 6 months now and I have never been so happy. I love getting to know the members and seeing their progress. It's a small-town gym with a positive and laid back atmosphere. The staff here are more than willing to help with any questions you may have. I feel at home and encourage you to join our fun little gym! "THIS. IS. SPARTA!" :)
Long time member but haven't been there in awhile. Pros are, a good place to workout. Nice and friendly employees. Open 24 hours so you can avoid the crowds. If that's what you like. Cons. are, there's very few parking spots. There's a big turnover with the employees. Had trouble renewing my contract, renewed it before it was over and the double charged me. Took a lot of phone calls and emails to make it right but was corrected in time.
I joined Family Fitness of Sparta with many doubts and hesitations due to my lack of gym experiences. However, after going for a couple days I quickly realized this was definitely the right place for me to be. The Club Manager was extremely helpful in getting me started on a routine, he answered all questions I had and also provided daily encouragement to keep me focused and wanting to go back.
I am extremely happy with the clean and friendly atmosphere, the daily "Hey!" as I walk through the door, the encouragement to keep going and of course the results that I started to see almost immediately.
FAMILY FITNESS FAMILY FITNESS = SCANDALOUS BUSINESS Practice member beware. You should not lie to your members. Before you sign a contract don't listen you their lies. Read it first sweet talker. Will call you for months to get you to come in with this is free and we have trainers but don't tell you thats extra money.
